RAFT

I think their is a problem with these kids that are fighting and writing grafetti. I think they are doing this because their parents havnt been strict with them. Their parents are afraid of saying no and are letting them do what aveer they want.

A solution for this problem is to just shut down the library until everything settles down. They can either do that or they can get more security and teachers around the library. Either way it might wirk with them.
