Problem Solution

Problem
Their are to many kids in the halls at Tartan High School. The halls are to small for this amount of kids.

Evidence
I Know from my own experience. In between classes their is hold ups in the hall because their is to many people.
I have talked to people in the office and they said Tartan is over populated.

Contributing Factors
One contributing factor is the school is to small.
another one is their isn't enough time in between classes so people get jammed up.

Solution
You can either build a new school, or build on to the school. but both of them cost a lot of money that Tartan doesn't have.
